Implementing this weight loss dream means substituting these foods for the processed foods that you normally eat.

Some examples are simple:

Substitute a sliced apple with peanut or almond butter with cinnamon sprinkled on top for a heavy breakfast, lunch or snack.

Use cabbage leaves for tortillas with vegetable fajitas and refried beans instead of greasy meats and cheese.
